What is Loyalty Suite?

Loyalty Suite is an all-in-one platform that helps businesses build loyalty programs, manage online ordering, improve your local reputation, run marketing campaigns, and track sales—all from one easy-to-use dashboard. Reward customer loyalty, encourage repeat business and build trust and authority in your local area.

Who is Loyalty Suite designed for?

It’s purpose built for food and beverage businesses that want to increase repeat customers, simplify marketing, and boost sales without juggling multiple tools and software.

How does the loyalty program work?

You can create customizable loyalty programs, such as points-based rewards, one-time offers, visit-based rewards, referral programs, and birthday campaigns. Customers earn points with every purchase both instore or online and can redeem them for exclusive deals and discounts happening from your business.

Can I manage online orders with Loyalty Suite?

Yes! Loyalty Suite lets your customers place orders directly online, and you can manage all incoming orders in real-time from your dashboard using an Android/Windows tablet or laptop. Your ordering platform even acts as a website if you don't currently have one setup for your business.

Are there any contracts or additional fees?

There are no contracts or additional fees. You only pay the cost of your plan. If you pay for a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time through the online admin interface.

Is there support for multiple location restaurants?

Yes, you can create multiple restaurant locations. Staff accounts can be used to delegate access to specific restaurants. Multiple restaurants can be linked through a website generated from our website builder. Customers can visit this site, choose their store location and proceed with their order as normal.

How do we receive orders?

Orders arrive in real-time via your web-based admin dashboard on any internet-connected device (like an Android/Windows tablet or PC). You can enable automated receipt printing for kitchens, get notifications via email or app, and manage everything from acceptance to fulfilment. We can help you purchase an Android Tablet if required.

Can Loyalty Suite handle our Uber Eats & DoorDash orders too?

Yes. Loyalty Suites Order Aggregation brings all your Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other delivery orders into one real-time dashboard. Eliminate device juggling, reduce errors, and speed up fulfillment—perfect for restaurants handling heavy delivery traffic across AU, NZ, CA, and the US.

How does printing work?

You can print order receipts automatically or manually to any number of printers. Printers must be connected to a Windows 7 or above PC. You can also use any Linux device. Your printer drivers must also be installed on your system. We can help you purchase a printer if required


Does Loyalty Suite help with marketing?

Absolutely. The platform includes built-in tools for email, SMS, and in-app campaigns so you can promote offers, share updates, and engage customers easily and regularly. Only available on ENGAGE, EXPOSURE and ELITE PLANS.

How much does it cost?

We offer a freemium plan with no monthly subscription which includes loyalty rewards and online ordering so you can start for free and upgrade only when you’re ready to unlock advanced features, like email/sms marketing and review management. Check our pricing page for details.

Can I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

Are there costs involved to send emails/SMS or have A.I reply to our reviews?

There are certain features of Loyalty Suite that cost money to use like sending Email/SMS messages or the use of an A.I Agent that responds automatically to new reviews. Your monthly subscription or "Plan" determines what features of Loyalty Suite are "unlocked"

For example, if your business joins on a FREEMIUM PLAN your only ongoing costs would be for each automated email that is sent from your account to new loyalty rewards members. However, if your business is ready to start communicating with its customers using email and text, you would upgrade to the ENGAGE PLAN for $39 per month.

Regardless of which account you choose, emails and text are charged on a "per email/sms sent"

Cost Per Email: $0.0015 Cost Per SMS: $0.02 A.I Review Responses: $0.13

By default, every new ENGAGE Loyalty Suite account is credited with one time amount of $10. This would give you about 10,000 emails or 850 texts or 120 Review Responses. You will only be rebilled for your usage once that credit has run out. The same applies to all new EXPOSURE and ELITE Plans, however, these plans include UNLIMITED sms/text messaging.

The system is designed to grow with your business. If you're just starting out and you join on a FREEMIUM PLAN, you won't pay a monthly subscription, when you use the coupon code FREEMIUM at the checkout and you'll only be billed for minimal email/sms usage. The idea being that your business grows a list of loyalty members over time that you will start to communicate with when the time is right. Only then might you decide to upgrade your account to a higher plan.

It's important that your workflows and automations continue to run seamlessly in the background once your loyalty rewards program is setup to keep your new loyalty members engaged and informed. To ensure your account never "stops" and your wallet never hits $0 credits, your account is set to auto renew with credits every time it drops below $10 and charge your card with $25usd. This will happen within the first few days of your account going live as your first few emails are sent to new members.

Do we own online ordering and loyalty rewards customer data?

Yes! Customer data from online ordering and new loyalty reward members is 100% yours. It's kept securely inside of your Loyalty Suite CRM. Being able to market to your customers through email and sms is only available on the ENGAGE, EXPOSURE and ELITE subscription plans.
